- Contact form: name, email, subject and message, used only to reply to your request.
- Membership application: company information and supporting documents, reviewed by the Board.
- Event registration: name, email and optional company name.
- Newsletter: professional email, if you subscribe.

The site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary (session, security, language preference). No advertising trackers are set.
Retention and rights
Messages and applications are kept for the time needed to process them. You may write to [email protected] to access, correct or delete your data, subject to legal obligations.
Transfers
The Chamber operates between Kinshasa and London. Data may be processed in either capital solely for the purposes above.
